Your own choice of single bottles from our extended list of 600 Italian wines under the guide of our sommeliers, could also be a possibility to personalize your dining experience, while fulfilling your deepest wine wishes.

Having at disposal a vast sea of 90.000 extraordinary wines collected during the last 31 years, there is (almost) no limit to the level of experience that we can compose with our wine menu. Think Supertoscans, Extreme Piedmonts and exceptional vintages from 1964 to today, all well kept and waiting in our tempered cellar.

The menu adapts daily to top quality Italian fresh products and the free creativity of our chefs, culminating in light, yet satisfying courses. Kindly note that our menus are dependent on the season and our Italian producers, therefore the menu could change from day to day.
